Aurem is building the control plane and insurance infrastructure for the agentic economy: an independent authority layer designed to help enterprises scale AI agents without surrendering control over cost, capital, or consequence.
Every agent receives a versioned Agent Passport defining identity, tools, data access, token and runtime budgets, financial authority, and human approval rules. Aurem reserves authority before model and tool operations, enforces runtime ceilings, and blocks or escalates policy exceptions.
Its tamper-evident evidence recorder reconstructs decisions and outcomes for accountable, auditable operations. The product direction is to support fleets scaling toward millions of agents, consequential enterprise actions such as SAP workflows, token-spend optimization, loop prevention, and evidence that can support future insurability.
My role: I lead product, engineering, and commercial direction across Agent Passports, runtime authority, the control-room experience, enterprise deployment architecture, tamper-evident evidence, and the product path toward insurability.
